Ground Floor - Spacious hallway with plenty of storage space, leading to open plan lounge and dining area. Large modern family kitchen. French doors lead to a stunning decking area which is safe for children and outdoor space to relax.

Ground Floor Bedroom  - Twin bedroom with ensuite facilities and plasma screen TV. 

First Floor - Master bedroom with plasma screen TV and ensuite shower. Spacious second double bedroom also has a plasma screen TV plus ample room for a cot. Separate family bathroom.

Courtyard - Private parking for up to 5 cars. Decked outdoor space with seating for 8. 

Staying at Green Farm Cottage allows you access to all on park facilities at both Fallbarrow and White Cross Bay. Additional charges apply when using the facilities at White Cross Bay.

Smoking and pets are not permitted in The Cottage.

Please note: A refundable deposit of £150 is required on arrival.
