The Platform, The Dome, The Grand Theatre or The Dukes
The Platform in Morecambe is based in the old Promenade Railway Station. It plays hosts to a number if different events including concerts from jazz and blues to world music, a range of workshops, recitals, lectures and community events.
The Dome in Morecambe is a multi-purpose entertainment centre, playing host to a range of different events including pop concerts, shows, dance festivals, pantomimes and discos.
Lancaster Grand Theatre holds a number of varying performances throughout the year from murder mystery nights to touring shows to ballet, as well as offering guided tours with the chance of sighting the ghosts of the theatre.
The Dukes in Lancaster is a converted church now serving as a theatre and cinema. It is Lancashire's only professional producing theatre, and produces five shows a year including an outdoor Promenade performance and a Christmas family show. It also hosts many leading touring productions and is an independent cinema.
Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimps
Morecambe Bay Potted Shrimps are a traditional English seaside dish and are renowned for their taste. Locally caught, they can be eaten either warm or cold.

Blackpool
Blackpool has a range of different sites to see, and may require more than a day to see it all. Blackpool Tower and the Golden Mile, the more famous attractions are just some of the things to see, there is also the Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Zoo, take a ride on a tram, Winter Gardens and Opera House, three different piers, Blackpool Illuminations, the sealife centre and much more.
The Lake District

Pendle Witches Trail
The Pendle or Lancashire Witches were some of the most famous witches in English legal history. Their trial was held at Lancaster, where 10 men and women were hung for witchcraft, and one died while awaiting trial. The Pendle witches trails take you around the landmarks that featured in this piece of Lancashire history.
Ingleborough Cave
Ingleborough Caves takes you through a wonderland of sculpted passages and beautiful cave formations into the mountain. It is close to the village of Clapham, and adjacent to the world-famous 17 km Gaping Gill cave system.
