The country's most expensive holiday lodge sells for £550,000

South Lakeland Parks has sold the country’s most expensive holiday lodge for £550,000!  

The bespoke lodge, which was created by Lancashire based holiday lodge designers PEC Homes, is the most expensive holiday lodge to have been sold in England.  Specifically designed for the owners this one off lodge is entirely unique.   

Comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room and open plan living, kitchen and dining area the lodge covers a total of just over 1,000 square foot which is larger than the average UK house.  

The new owners chose to create a lodge that exactly met their personal requirements and in doing so have designed a lodge that is not only stylish and chic but offers the highest standards of insulation and durability.  

Features within the luxury property include a fully fitted kitchen with £12,000 of Miele white goods, underfloor heating, Italian marble bathroom tiles and a large outdoor decked area where the owners are currently making plans to install a hot tub.
