The new lodges have a starting price of £300,000 for a two bedroom property, while the largest lodge on the development, which stands at 52 x 22sq ft and features the ultimate luxury holiday home living, will go on sale for £500,000.  This is a mere fraction of the cost of bricks and mortar property options on Lake Windermere. .

The lodges are already available to purchase off plan and the entire development will be completed ready for our official launch on the 8th April 2011.
