Holiday Park raises over £1000 for charity!
A North Lancashire holiday park has helped raise over £1,000 for a charity which makes the dreams of terminally ill children come true.
Jonathan Hodson, new manager at the Regent Leisure Park in Morecambe, arranged for a special fun day to take place on the park.
The funds raised from the fun day will go to CHOLTS – Children’s Holiday of A Lifetime which helps terminally ill children and a parent go to Disneyland.
Holiday home owners on the park got involved and the park’s mascot “Reggie” entertained children who had a bouncy slide, bouncy assault course, coconut shy, tombola stall and BBQ to enjoy.
Mr Hodson said: “It was a fantastic day and we would like to thank everyone who supported us and got involved for such an extremely worthy cause.”
The Regent Holiday Park is part of the South Lakeland Parks group of holiday parks which has nine sites through North Lancashire and the Lake District.
