We had our honeymoon at Fallbarrow, lots of good memories, I first went to fallbarrow at the age of 10 to my Aunts caravan, so many special happy memories. We took our daughter and grandson last year. We are going again in April, we love it there.
Relaxing in the grounds of fallbarrow park looking out over the lake. Enjoyable at any time of the year.
When exploring the park we found these ducks and they just kept following us the kids loved it, so we had to keep going back every day to feed them.
Getting away with the family to Morecambe is so fantastic. Being so close to the sea is so handy and the views from the park are magical.
This is something for all of us, my wife loves the live shows they have and last time we came ABBA was on. I prefered the sports bar to catch up on the football as I am a Bradford fan.
My daughters could not get enough of Reggie the park mascot. Meeting him really did make their holiday, we hope to be back next year to meet him again! See you soon Reggie!!
It was brilliant having a swimming pool. Me and my sister swam everyday.
Lovely walks along the harbour, nature reserves, some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen and I didn't have to go outside to watch it.
We enjoyed our stay so much we bought a caravan on the site. The staff are helpful and the setting overlooking the sea is lovely.
Me and my sister enjoyed the beach where we built sandcastles and went for a paddle in the sea.
We took our bikes and walking boots and found it great to get out onto the many open paths. The countryside views from the park are really relaxing.
Getting out in the fresh air is important to us all. There are so many walks to do direct from the park.
We went out on the horses on our first day there. We all had a horse each but grandad's wouldn't go where he wanted it to. We all laughed!
Our caravan was a short walk to the lake's edge so it was easy for us to relax and take in the views of the Lakeland fells.
The thing that made the whole trip for my grandson were the two ducks that came quacking at our door to be fed at six every night and would even take bread very gently from his hand.
There are loads of beautiful places to walk in the area and White Cross Bay is very pet friendly. It has the best woodland walking areas of any park for dogs. We will definately be back!!!
This was our first trip on the lake during our stay at White Cross Bay. My grandson Jack didn't want to stop rowing. I think he will make an olympic rower when he is older.
I met loads of new friends this time. Michelle let me go in her blow up canoe on the lake. It took a while to get used to.
