 GROUNDS/MAINTENANCE MANAGER

You will provide overall management of the Grounds Maintenance team to ensure that high standards are maintained.

Previous supervisory experience within outside development/grounds is essential together with a track record of consistently meeting deadlines & of working under pressure.  You must have a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to new challenges and to prioritise workloads.  You must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with the General Manager & Ground Maintenance team.  A Driving Licence is essential.

Previous experience of working within the caravan industry and experience of siting & connecting caravans would be advantageous.  Weed spraying certificate, chainsaw certificate and previous tractor driving experience are desirable.

The hours for this position are 48 per week over 6 days.  Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required.

 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE WORKER

You will work within the grounds maintenance team to ensure exact standards are maintained and customer service standards are exceeded.  You will be responsible for all allocated jobs on a daily/shift basis, ensuring that work is completed promptly and to a consistently high standard.

Your duties will involve, ensuring that the grounds are maintained in a clean and tidy manner on a regular and rotated basis.  This will include grass cutting, weeding, strimming, spraying, mowing and ensuring that edges are kept straight and well presented.  You will also be required to assist with park development work including buildings and new pitches, painting of fences and doors and basic plumbing work.

The hours for this position are 48 per week over 6 days.  Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required.
