COOK / KITCHEN ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Cook/Kitchen Assistant for the 2012 season to assist the Kitchen Supervisor in providing a professional catering service to our customers. Duties will include; preparation and presentation of a range of meals and snacks. Responding to the needs and demands of the Kitchen Supervisor e.g. obtaining relevant food products, plates etc. Preparation of vegetables and salads. Completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain high levels of cleanliness in line with Food Hygiene regulations. Ensuring that all customers & guests receive an efficient, consistent & exceptional service. The hours for this position are variable to suit the needs of the candidate and the business. Evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required. .
